The company is the only member of the International Hurricane Protection Association (IHPA) in Mexico and the only provider in Mexico with a Level E (ASTM E1996) system. No properly engineered, installed, anchored and deployed Hurricane Solution system has ever failed during a hurricane. It operates in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán.

Fernando Loría is recognized as one of Mexico's leading authorities on Category 5 hurricane protection, extreme wind risk and real-condition mitigation strategies for coastal buildings and critical infrastructure.
His career bridges structural performance with insurance risk assessment, focusing on how certified mitigation impacts loss exposure and operational continuity. He actively collaborates with hotel owners, developers and investors to align physical protection with insurability criteria.
He is the author of “Antes de que la tormenta encuentre el punto débil” (Before the Storm Finds the Weak Point), a practical guide to hurricane protection for hotels in Mexico, currently in development.
