1. Acceptance

1.1. By accessing and using the Hurricane Solution website (hurricanesolution.com) (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

2.1. Hurricane Solution is the hurricane-protection brand of American Development Group (ADG), formerly American Development Company (ADC), founded in 2005. The brand has operated in Mexico since 2008.

2.2. Hurricane Solution supplies and installs certified hurricane and rain protection systems for residential, hotel and commercial properties in Mexico. It does not sell, list or broker real estate.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable or impair it, or violate the rights of others — including transmitting viruses, sending spam or attempting unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

3.2. When you submit a form, request a quote or contact us by WhatsApp, you agree to provide truthful information so that we can respond to your request.

4. Technical Information, Prices and Quotes

4.1. Product descriptions, specifications, articles and other content on the Site are provided for general information.

4.2. Price ranges shown on the Site, including those produced by the online quote tool, are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price is set only in a formal written quote, issued after a technical evaluation of the property (measurements, type of openings, anchoring substrate and access conditions).

5. Certifications and Performance

5.1. The certifications and test results cited on the Site refer to laboratory tests performed on the products under standardized conditions.

5.2. The performance of a system during a real event depends on correct installation, the condition of the structure it is anchored to, maintenance, and the system being deployed before the storm arrives. No protection system eliminates all risk. The information on the Site does not replace instructions from civil protection authorities, including evacuation orders.

6. Installation Services

6.1. The supply and installation of systems is governed by the accepted quote and by the contract and warranty terms signed for each project. These Terms of Use govern the use of the Site only and do not modify or replace those documents. In case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.

7. Professional Advice

7.1. The content of the Site does not replace the advice of a structural engineer, an insurance adjuster or your insurer regarding a specific property.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Hurricane Solution or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Mexican copyright and trademark law. Product names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

9.1. The Site may link to third-party websites, such as testing laboratories, standards bodies or government agencies. Hurricane Solution is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hurricane Solution, its affiliates and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses. This does not limit the obligations assumed in a signed installation contract.

11. Privacy

11.1. The personal data you send us through the Site is handled according to our Privacy Notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

13. Changes to These Terms

13.1. Hurricane Solution may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on the Site with its revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
