WHAT IS HURRICANE SOLUTION?

Hurricane Solution operates under American Development Group (ADG), founded in 2005, and is the group's brand specialized in hurricane protection, active in Mexico since 2008. It supplies and installs certified hurricane and rain protection systems for coastal properties in Mexico.

Its systems are manufactured in the United States with exclusive patents and installed by specialized technicians in Mexico. The company is the only member of the International Hurricane Protection Association (IHPA) outside the United States, and the only provider in Mexico with military-grade Level E certification — the most demanding certification on the market, which tests wind, rain, projectiles and barometric pressure change at the same time.

Hurricane Solution has withstood more than 30 storms up to Category 5 with zero failures in correctly executed installations.

WHO LEADS IT?

Hurricane Solution was born in 2008 as the hurricane-protection brand of American Development Company, today American Development Group. It is led by Fernando Loría, Chief Executive Officer of Hurricane Solution, with more than 15 years in hurricane protection in Mexico. He is the technical voice behind the tests, certifications and storm record documented on this site.

Fernando Loría is also the author of a book in development on hurricane protection for the hotel industry in Mexico.

• Miami-Dade NOA 10-0607.02 — Notice of Acceptance from Miami-Dade County, the most demanding product approval in the United States.
• Florida Building Code #12573 — Florida statewide product approval.
• Authorized distributor and installer of AstroGuard / Hurricane Fabric products in Mexico, certified since April 2011.
