Fernando Loría is the Director of Hurricane Solution and writes about hurricanes and hurricane protection. His background in the insurance industry, combined with his engineering background, prepared him for this role. He has written extensively on the effects of hurricanes on both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and how different systems are needed depending on the situation.
